When you browse our Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our Site, new products and services, and other updates.

We reserve the right to release and disclose any personal information relative or provided by you to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with any applicable law or at the request any governmental entity or agency.

GOOGLE ADS API DATA

When users authorize Trending Gifts Gadget to access their Google Ads account, we may collect and process information made available through the Google Ads API. This may include Google Ads customer IDs, account information, campaign data, ad group data, ad data, keyword data, bidding data, budget information, conversion data, performance metrics, reports, and related advertising information.

We use Google Ads API data only to provide services requested or authorized by the user, including advertising campaign reporting, campaign management, account analysis, optimization recommendations, troubleshooting, customer support, and related digital marketing services.

Trending Gifts Gadget’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google Ads API data. We do not share Google Ads API data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable law, protect security, or with the user’s explicit consent.

We protect Google Ads API data using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, limited internal access, secure storage practices, and monitoring where appropriate. Access to Google Ads API data is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to provide our services.

Users may revoke our access to their Google account or Google Ads account through their Google Account permissions page or by contacting us at [email protected]. Users may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of their Google Ads API data by contacting us.

META MARKETING API AND META PLATFORM DATA

Scope and authorization. When you connect a Facebook or Meta business account, authorize our App, or otherwise ask Trending Gifts Gadget to provide Meta advertising services, we may receive and process data made available through the Meta Marketing API and other applicable Meta Platform products (collectively, “Meta Platform Data”). We access this data only after an authorized person grants the permissions requested by the App, which may include ads_read, ads_management, or other permissions that are clearly presented during Meta’s authorization process. We do not request permissions that are not needed for the features you choose to use.

Data we may process. Depending on the permissions you approve and the services you request, Meta Platform Data may include Meta user and business identifiers; advertising account IDs and account details; campaign, ad set, ad, creative, audience configuration, placement, schedule, budget, bid, status, and objective information; aggregated or campaign-level insights, conversion information, reach, impressions, clicks, spend, and other performance metrics; Pages or other business assets associated with an authorized advertising account; and access tokens, permission status, and other authentication metadata. We also process instructions, settings, and support information that you submit directly to us in connection with these services.

How we use the data. We process Meta Platform Data only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the services requested or authorized by you. These purposes may include connecting and authenticating authorized accounts; displaying account and campaign information; generating reports and performance analysis; creating, editing, scheduling, or managing campaigns when you grant management permission; measuring and optimizing the applicable end advertiser’s Meta campaigns; troubleshooting; preventing misuse; and complying with applicable law and Meta’s terms and policies. We do not use Meta Platform Data for materially different purposes without first providing appropriate notice, obtaining any required consent, and, where required, obtaining Meta approval.

Advertising-data use restrictions. We use data from an end advertiser’s campaign only to assess, measure, manage, or optimize that end advertiser’s Meta campaigns and, where required by Meta’s policies, only on an aggregated and de-identified basis. We do not use Meta Platform Data to retarget people on or off Meta, build or augment user profiles, determine eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance, education, government benefits, or similar opportunities, or discriminate based on protected characteristics. We do not mix Meta Platform Data with advertising campaign data from other platforms except where expressly permitted by applicable Meta terms.

Sharing and sale. We do not sell, license, or purchase Meta Platform Data. We disclose it only to the authorized end advertiser and persons acting on that advertiser’s behalf; to service providers that process it solely for us, under written confidentiality, security, and data-use restrictions; when required by applicable law; when necessary to protect users, our services, or legal rights; when required by Meta; or when the authorized user expressly directs or consents to the disclosure. We remain responsible for service providers that process Meta Platform Data for us and require them to delete or return the data when it is no longer needed.

Advertiser separation and access. We apply account-level access controls and keep Meta Platform Data maintained for one advertiser logically separated from data maintained for other advertisers. Only the applicable end advertiser, people authorized to act on its behalf, and personnel or service providers who need the data to provide the requested services may access it.

Retention. We retain Meta Platform Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for a legitimate business purpose consistent with this Privacy Policy, your authorization, Meta’s terms and policies, and applicable law. Unless we are legally required to retain it, we delete the applicable data as soon as reasonably possible when it is no longer needed; you or the applicable client requests deletion; you close your account or remove our access; we discontinue the relevant product or service; Meta requests deletion to protect users; or deletion is otherwise required by law or Meta’s terms. Data that has been irreversibly aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot be associated with a user, browser, device, business, or advertising account may be retained for legitimate analytics and legal purposes.

META PLATFORM DATA DELETION AND REVOCATION

All users who can access our Meta-related features may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their Meta Platform Data. You may revoke future access through your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. Revoking the integration stops future API access, but it may not by itself delete data that was previously obtained, so please also submit a deletion request if you want stored data removed.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Meta Platform Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and, if available, the relevant Meta Business ID or ad account ID. Do not send your password, access token, or other secret credentials.
  3. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority over the applicable account. After verification, we will delete the applicable Meta Platform Data from our active systems and instruct our service providers to do the same as soon as reasonably possible, and we will notify you when the request has been completed.

If applicable law requires us to retain particular records, we will retain only the data required, restrict it from other uses, and delete it when the legal retention period ends. We will also act on a valid deletion request received through Meta’s user-data deletion mechanism. Questions or complaints about Meta Platform Data may be sent to [email protected].

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Meta Platform Data, including encrypted transmission, access controls based on job responsibilities, protection of access credentials, logical separation between advertisers, monitoring, and limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our safeguards and restrict access to the minimum reasonably necessary.

Our processing of Meta Platform Data is intended to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, applicable Meta product terms, and applicable data-protection laws. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with mandatory Meta terms governing Meta Platform Data, the applicable Meta terms control to the extent required.
